I was a teen when Shirley, her mom, Rose and my mom, Patricia, worked together at Frey Bro. in Donaldsonville. She was very young and so pretty. Soft voice. She is just as pretty today as she was then. I feel sure Shirley’s light has been her daughter, Susan and family. My love to Susan and Steven and all her family. My heart and prayers will be with you.

Ms. Shirley I remember your smiling face along with my Mom, Bessie Morris, at the Donaldsonville baseball park. You were an amazing lady, mother, grandmother, and coach. You will be sorely missed. Tell my Mom when you see her that I miss her!
