Edith M. Woodrow

She was born in Punxsutawney on November 19, 1927; daughter of the late Robert H. and Lossie (Smith) Sheesley.

Mrs. Woodrow worked at DRMC as a nutritional service worker until her retirement in 1990. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include: son, Lyle X. Woodrow, Jr. and wife, Helen of DuBois; daughter, Brenda Mullins and husband, Charles of Arizona; granddaughter, Linda Long, and husband, Brad of Reynoldsville; grandson, Brent Woodrow, and wife, Karen of DuBois; four great-grandchildren, Drew and Dalton Woodrow, Katelyn and Alex Long; one sister, Ruth Rupert of Arizona; and many nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lyle X. Woodrow, Sr., whom she married May 21, 1944; sisters, Arlene Huller, Maxine Eckman, Betty Hill, Laura Lettie, and Mary Lou Lloyd; brothers, Elmer Sheesley, Gifford Sheesley, and Wilbur Sheesley.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
