Dunn, NC Mrs. Margaret Dorman Bridges, age 84, of Dunn died, Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at Zebulon House in Zebulon, North Carolina. Mrs. Bridges was born October 7, 1930 in Harnett Co. the daughter of the late Willie W. and Mary McPhail Dorman and is preceded in death by her husband, Howard Ennis Bridges. She is also preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Alice Alford; a son, James Stephens, a sister, Dorothy Woods and a brother, Weldon Dorman. She was a retired Seamstress and a member of Sansom Community Church in Dunn. A Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, Nov. 2, 2014 at Sansom Community Church with Rev. Jerome Pope Officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. She is survived by: a Son: John Stephens & (wife) Annette of Sneads Ferry, NC A Son-in-Law: Jackie Alford of Knightdale, NC A Brother: Jimmy Miller & (wife) Sandy of San Antonio, Texas 9 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren & 1 Great Great Grandchild The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 – 3:00 PM at Sansom Community Church one hour prior to the service.
