My last memory of grandma is in this picture. It was just before covid started on Mardi Gras. I went to visit grandma at St Columbans and ended up having lunch with her. We were provided beads that happened to match and she made me put mine on. Since that day, they have been hanging on the rear view mirror of my car. We had a wonderful time, I just didn’t expect it to be the last time I was able to hug her. She will be missed greatly, but I know she is at peace now.
