Pamela Iris Reeds

Pam was born July 8th, 1959 in Baltimore, Maryland. Pam enjoyed being a business owner, starting and developing Olive Marketing Group. She found great fulfillment working with companies like Hormel to market youth soccer clinics in California and youth triathlons throughout cities in the Midwest. Pam developed a passion for youth and families, ultimately enjoying a career in family services for the Oklahoma National Guard as the Oklahoma State Child and Youth Coordinator. This love for children and families carried over into Pam’s spiritual life as a strong and committed follower of Jesus Christ. For over twelve years, Pam could be found on Sunday mornings investing in the lives of elementary students as a Sunday School teacher at Henderson Hills Baptist Church. She was an avid reader, life-long lover of learning, and a faithful prayer warrior for all those she met. Pam enjoyed traveling with her husband, seeing the United States, cruising the Caribbean and visiting Hawaii on a number of occasions. She also traveled to Europe to visit family in Scotland and England.

Pam was preceded in death by her father, Richard Francis, and mother, Olive Francis. She is survived by husband Carl Reeds; brother Dale Francis and wife Nancy, St. Louis, MO; sister Sandy Schuler, Edmond, OK; sister-in-law Kathy Steakley, Edmond, OK; and nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be officiated by Chaplain James Smith. There will be a visitation from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the church.
