Gladys was born in Chicago in 1930 to, Robert and Alice Gravis. They moved to Texas when she was two. She has one brother, James Gravis.
Gladys graduated from St. Mary’s Academy in Austin, Texas in 1949. Gladys met her husband Keith W. Rosenberger at Bergstrom Airforce Base at a Dance and after dating for one year they married in 1952. Gladys and Keith have four children, Keith Wayne, Glenn Rodney, Robert Charles and Carol Ann, in which they raised in El Cajon, California. They have 8 Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren.
Gladys had many talents. She was a Painter, a Cake Decorator and she enjoyed Sewing. She loved to travel, including three trips across the Country in their R.V. as well as spending a lot of time at their place in the Desert. She was the P.T.A. President and a member of the Junior Woman’s Club in El Cajon. She enjoyed dining at her favorite Restaurant’s, The Austin Inn and Anthony’s Harborside Fish Grotto.
Family was everything to Gladys. She was a very sweet and loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and friend and all who loved her will miss her very, very much!
