Marino (Bobby Jones) of Oppelo, Arkansas; and step son Andrew Lawson of ARK; father William L Howl of Spring Valley, California; sister Alicia M. Simons of San Diego, California, brother Ralph E. Howl (Kaye) of Puyallup, Washington, brother William Howl III (Gabriella) of Stillwater, brother John Howl of San Diego, California, brother Paul Howl (Mayumi) of Kanagawa, Japan, brother Rex Howl (Marianne) of Hemet, California, sister Carla C. Howl of Spring Valley, California and brother Walter Howl (Shannon) of Phoenix, Arizona.

A mass of Christian burial will occur Wednesday, April 7, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Santa Sophia Catholic Church, 9800 San Juan St., Spring Valley, CA 91977. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, April 7, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, 4470 Hilltop Dr., San Diego, CA 92102. A burial will occur at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery Chapel, 4470 Hilltop Drive, San Diego, California 92102.
