Hillcrest Funeral Home

On Monday September 13, 2021, our mother Carolina P. Licon passed away at the age of 96. She was born and raised in El Paso Texas.

She is preceded in death by her husband Rodolfo B. Licon and her Son George Licon. Survivors are

Rodolfo Licon (Delia), Rebecca Del Rio (George), Grandsons Nicholas Del Rio (Jerien), Philip Del Rio (Yu-Shien), Great Grandsons Philip and Elijah, Her Sister Martha Franco

and many Nieces and Nephews.

A special thanks goes out to Gabriela Minjarez and her staff from Caring Angels Foster Home. Visitation will be held Thursday, September 23, 2021 from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm with Vigil Service at 11:00 am at Hillcrest Funeral Home 1060 N. Carolina Dr, El Paso TX 79915. Graveside service will be held at Fort Bliss National Cemetery at 1:00 pm.
