Charlotte M. Smith was born December 13, 1921 in Germany and happily married to Stanley F. Smith Sr. She was 96 years of age when she passed away peacefully on November 28, 2018. Charlotte lived in El Paso since 1959 and was an active member of the Eastern Stars and a past Worthy Matron. She was also very active at Wellington Chew Senior Center for the past 30 years.

Charlotte is survived by her son Stanley Smith Jr., three grandchildren Frank, Wendi, Jaimie , and eight great grandchildren. Charlotte will be missed dearly by her family and many friends.

Graveside service will be held at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery, Friday, December 14, 2018 @ 2:30 pm.
