I am saddened to think about Glens passing. I worked for him for a number of years at DCD. I loved his stories,  and wisdom. I greatly admired  this man and will remember him fondly . My condolences to his family.

Dad often sang songs. Lol, sometimes even to the point of irritation of others, but I feel among us kids we hold a close place in our hearts those songs he sang. 

In that vein, I do remember once when we as a family were traveling to a plant nursery in New Mexico and dad had begun singing some of his favorites, one of which was Kenny Rogers "The Gambler". It was probably the first time in my life I really sang along with my dad. It was powerful and I shall never forget it. Perfectly (at least in my memory, it was perfect). Pray for Irma and family to have peace, comfort and love from Jesus Christ as He holds you in  his arms and gives you strength.  God blessed me with my cousin, Glen.  Will always remember the times he and his family would come to visit us and the special bond he had with my brother who looked up to Glen.  Always remember Glen had a big heart and loved his family dearly.  Love you.  Martha Mincey
