Rise Dianne Bailey

Rise Bailey, 75 passed away suddenly on April 2, 2018. She was retired from El Paso County after 35 years of service. After her retirement she loved traveling in her RV, going to estates sales and camping in south Texas. She was so loving, kind and she will always be our “Pollyanna”. She is survived by her children Jeannette, Joe (Betty) Richie, granddaughters Danielle and Deanna Richie and very special friend Ward Thorp. Also survived by, stepchildren who loved her as a mom, Carmen (Mark) Grisson, Donald Bailey Jr. (Sylvia), Marcus (Wendy) Bailey and Lori (Yvette) Bailey; and by several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation and Memorial Service will be Sunday, April 8, 2018 at Martin Funeral Home 3839 Montana Ave. from 12pm to 3pm. Burial will be Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery, at 10:00 am. Procession will be leaving funeral home by 9:30am. In lieu of flowers please send donations to El Paso Humane Society.
