Meet Charlie through my brother Dale Grooms; he was always loving, caring and willing to help others in need. I know he was a true freind to Dale and will be greatly missed. The family will be in my thoughts and prayers. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalms 46:1

Memories of lots of coffee & conversation shared through the years (don't worry, girls - your secrets are safe with me) and serving others - especially our memorable time in Kentucky, which left a lasting impression on both our hearts. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandpa and the truest friend I could have asked for. Lifting you all up on prayer, asking the Lord to provide his comfort. ♡ Dale & Andrea

My deepest sympathies and most heartfelt condolences to the Strumsky family. I’m so very sorry for your loss. What a beautiful tribute to a stellar man for a life well lived. Charlie will be missed by so many because he touched so many lives. I was fortunate to have shared experiences with Charlie, Carole and their beautiful family, so I’m blessed beyond words to have cherished memories of Charlie to hold on to. Charlie was one of the most honest, loving and generous men that I have ever known. It’s truly a gift how someone can have such an everlasting impact on a person’s life and stay in their memory forever. This kind of gentle spirited person leaves behind many tears as his loved ones learn how to cope and live without him. I will forever be grateful to God for bringing this man into my life if only for a season. He blessed all who came across his path and loved his family with all his heart. This cowboy will be greatly missed! My continued prayers will be going out to all who loved him.
