I met Maxine in 2012 when I went to Florida to help care for my mother in law Dorothy Rector. Maxine was her closest friend and fellow bridge partner. My mother in law passed away and Maxine was a great comfort to me and my sister in law, Maribeth Klaff, telling us many stories of their life in Colony Cove that we were unaware of.
Although I only new her for that very brief time, I was very glad to have met such a kind. sweet, loyal person. RIP Maxine.
