COOPER, Donald Gale "Don" 71 of Dayton, passed away peacefully Friday, May 25, 2018. Don was preceded in death by his wife of nine years Judy Cooper in 2011, and a daughter Tina Cooper in 1994, his parents Donald and Zona (Taulbee) Chism. He leaves to cherish his memory two daughters and sons-in-law Donna and Gene Flory, Cheryl and Wes Groves all of Dayton, five grandchildren Alyssa Stettler, Tiffany Bradley, Justin (Heather) Groves, Robbie Cooper, Shawn (Mikayla) Cooper. Also surviving are three great-grandchildren Christopher, Ryan and Mia Bradley, sister and brother-in-law Linda and Paul Kimberley, brother and sister-in-law Donald and Vickie Chism, one niece, one nephew and many friends. Don was retired from Jet Express where he was a truck driver for 20+ years, was a computer junkie, an Indianapolis Colts fan, enjoyed playing euchre, enjoyed being with his family and was a "wise-cracker". There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME ENGLEWOOD CHAPEL, 675 West Wenger Road, Wednesday, May 30, 2018 starting at 11:00 am followed by a Celebration of Don's life at 12:00 pm with Pastor Mark Bradley presiding.
