He graduated from Bosse High School in 1969. He attended U of E where he received a degree in Finance and History. Ike had a big heart, was funny, loyal, and honest to a fault. He loved his family, and looked forward to family get togethers.
Ike was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Becky Hofmann; brother, Michael German.
Ike is survived by his sisters, Kathy Whitlock (Steve) of Jacksonville, FL., Dixie Billings (Ben) of Evansville, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial services will be held 6:00 p.m. Friday, July 12, 2019 at Alexander West Chapel officiated by James Briscoe. Friends may visit 4-6 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
