Anna M. Maxfield, 86, of Evansville, passed away Thursday, July 20, 2018, at her home.

Ann was born in Gruver, Iowa, but met the love of her life in Mt. Carmel, Illinois. Ann worked as a Chiropractic Assistant and loved helping people before retirement. She was dedicated to her family and loved them unconditionally.

Ann is survived by her husband of 71 years, John Maxfield, Sr.; daughter Bobbi L. Brown; granddaughter Michelle Craig (Jason); and great-granddaughters, Emmalynn and Ella Craig.

Funeral services were held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, July 25, 2018, at Alexander West Chapel, with entombment in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends visited Wednesday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm until service time at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
