Dorothy E. Simpson

She was employed at Deaconess Hospital in dietary. Dorothy was a member of Bethel United Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Carrie Schmidt; first husband, Harvey Ungethim; second husband, Claude Brown; third husband, Herbert Simpson; and brother, Wilburn Schmidt.

Dorothy is survived by daughter, Darlene Tucker and husband Ray, Mt. Vernon, IN; grandchildren, Walter Tucker (Katie), Raleigh, NC; Carleen Barnes (Steve) of Evansville; Lavon Keitel (Steve) of Mt. Vernon; Jon Tucker (Angie) of Sellersburg, IN; nine great-grandchildren; and brother, Marvin Schmidt (Sharon).

Services will be 1:00PM, Thursday, June 14, 2012 at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Pastor Walter Tucker, with burial at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit, Thursday from 11:00AM until service time at the funeral home.
