My memories of Sharon are of a person who was a hard worker, family oriented, honest and had a great sense of humor. She had a smile that made you feel comfortable. I spent a lot of time at her home growing up. I'm sure she had her fill of us hood rats, but never gave me any slack. I always knew where she stood and I had total respect for her. I've always tried to treat people the way I wanted to be treated. I have to say that I learned that from a handful of people in my life. I'm proud to say that Sharon is one of those people. Whether she knew it or not, she had a positive impact on my life. Seventeen years ago I watched her bury her son Eric. Eric and I where real close. To this day, I consider him a brother. Once again I feel the pain of losing someone I consider family. God speed Sharon. You'll always be in my heart.
