Dennis Orville Short passed away on April 3, 2017 in Everett, Washington. He was born to Orville Andrew Short and Edna Doris Berg on June 3, 1939 in Everett, Washington. His grandparents were Sam and Dora Berg and Andrew and Alpha Short. He was 77 years old.
He attended Everett High School.
Dennis was an Operating Engineer for 60 years. He was also a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 302 and retired in 2001.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Orville and Edna Short.
He is Survived by his wife, Arlene; children, Kathy Willard (Roy), Joe Short (Shelly), Diana Hughes (Fop), Lori Stein (Armen), Jenny Lewis, Joanne Adams (Steve), Stephanie Mojica; siblings Tom Short (Joyce), William Short (Ruthie), Patricia (John), Terry Wallace (Travis), Richard Short (Debbie), Douglas Short (Mary), 15 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
