Robert Earl Moir

Robert (Bob) was born June 2, 1937, to Archie and Ivis (Lamb) Moir in Saco Montana. He moved to the Pacific Northwest when he was just a few years old. After graduating high school in Blaine, Washington in 1955, and spending time in the US Navy, he worked in a variety of professions including tire sales, business form sales, sales/rental of hospital equipment, managing campgrounds and apartment buildings, blood donation delivery, and most recently as the manager of Westgate Apartments in Edmonds, Washington.

In addition to being a loving and dedicated husband and father, Bob also enjoyed working in his flower gardens, playing golf, staying actively involved in the Lion's Club, and helping his friends and neighbors. Bob held an unwavering faith in God and knew that this earth would not be his final home.

Bob had 2 daughters and 6 stepchildren that he loved as his own.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Archie and Ivis, his stepfather since age 2, Ernest, his sister Dorothy, his eldest daughter Kimberly, his stepdaughter Carolyn, his son-in-law Steve, and his stepson Kenny.

He is survived by his wife, Cathy fo 40 years, his daughter Robin (Steve), Neosho Missouri, stepdaughters, Helen Vodegel, Everett, Washington, and Beverly (Russell) Nunes, Marysville, Washington, and stepsons, Allen (Kim), Snohomish, Washington, and Bobby (Jean), Duncan, Oklahoma. Additionally, bob is survived by 25 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren, and 9 great-great grandchildren.
