Thelma Juanita Keith, 84, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away Friday, May 11, 2018. She was born in Butler County, Kentucky on January 15, 1934 to the late Zell and Sophia House.

Her grandchildren, Michael and Megan Keith and son-in-law, James Chesser, precedes Thelma in death.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of almost 59 years, Wendell Keith; children, Tommy Keith, Mike Keith, Linda Chesser, Shirley Floyd (Eddie); grandchildren, Josh Goodman (Stephanie), Richard Bishop, Derena Fields (Jermey); great grandchildren, Joseph and Cameron Burch, Lily and Colby Bishop, Sophie Burgan, Payton, Dayton, Mariah Goodman, Ciera Keith Dowell, Dasha and Brennan Keith, Halie and David Fields; and brother, N.V. House.

A funeral service to celebrate the life of Thelma will be held Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at 11am at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home, 411 Fairdale Road, Fairdale, KY 40118 with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 2-8pm at the funeral home.
