I was saddened to hear of Uncle Dyke's passing. I have many nostalgic memories of him going back to when I was a young child. I remember him teaching me to "block" a baseball cap. I had a couple of tee shirts from when he coached Pax High School to the State Basketball Championship. I wore those until they were nothing but tatters. Yours was the first wedding I can remember as a child. I still remember when I was eleven or twelve spending some summer vacation time with you when you were living in an apartment in Fairfax. I can still remember coming up there to take driver's education. Three classes a day after picking blackberries along US Highway 50. That was a great experience for for a small town fifteen year old boy. I got to experience McDonald's for the first time with him. Having the family reunion in Fairfax in 2016 was a great opportunity to see both of you again along with our cousins and their families. Debbie and I will be praying for both of you.

He was not only my Uncle, but truly a good friend to me. Our many visits with
him and Aunt Dolores made me feel like I was a part of his family. He was a caring person who loved everybody, but especially his K Of C members and
his St Leo's Church. They were the topic of many conversations. My thoughts
and prayers go out to the rest of the family. Tyke.

Judy & I are so saddened by the passing of Uncle Dyke. We recently were discussing our last visit with he and Aunt Delores and recalled how he was still trying to teach me, at 63, how to drive and hold the steering wheel as we went to grab a late lunch. Aunt Delores, Stan, Lisa, and Vicky, You are in our thoughts and prayers.
