Nathan Russell Saindon

It is with great sadness that the family of Nathan Russell Saindon announce his passing on May 11, 2019. Nathan was 32 years old. Born on March 23, 1987 in Berkeley, CA, Nathan attended St. Theresa Elementary and Middle school in Oakland and graduated high school from Las Lomas in Walnut Creek.

Nathan began working in retail while still in high school, including positions at Cartier in San Jose and Saks and Barneys in San Francisco. He ended his career as an assistant manager at Pet Food Express which enabled him to pursue his passion of working in the pet food/supply industry.

Nathan was passionate about his two bunnies Ari and Ru and his German Shepherd Kana. If he wasn’t working, he was caring for his pets. He also volunteered his time at his local animal shelter. He loved his pets with all his heart. He was also a huge fan of the San Diego Padres and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Nathan is survived by his loving mother and father Judy and George McLemore, his siblings Sarah Cahalan (Robert), Bryan Saindon (Dana), Sam Saindon and Melisa Saindon. He is also survived by one niece and two nephews. Nathan is predeceased by his devoted Papa and Nana, Russell and Ollie Workman.

Nathan’s family will be having a private memorial. On Nathan’s behalf we request that anyone interested make a donation in Nathan’s name at the SaveABunny organization or German Shepherd Rescue of Northern CA.
