Joan Costa was my surrogate mother. I met her when I was a little girl. My Mom died when I was 9 years old and Joan became the woman who taught me how to cook, clean, iron and helped me become the woman I am today. She came to my High School Graduation and my Wedding. She was a Grandmother to my Children. I love her with all my heart. Love Always one of your girls. Mary L. Foster
