I am so sorry for the late entry. John was a friend of mine from SWIC. We were study partners and helped each other get our CCNA's. I would go to breakfast with John on occassion, and we talked about our jobs.

I got hired with a defense contractor and was in Iraq last year, and returned with the company to Afghanistan this year. I was trying to get John a networking position here.

Unfortunately, our instructor from SWIC sent me an email yesterday about John's passing. I was so very shocked and saddened by his loss. I really meant to try some of his cooking that he raved about. It was an honor to have him as a friend and a guest in my home. He will be missed!

John and I worked together for 12 years at the Hi-Fi repair shop. Those 12 years were some of the best of my life. I thank John for that. John was one of the most intelligent, caring, understanding and patient people I have ever met. Truly remarkable. He has helped me get through some of life's most difficult challenges. I will remember all he has taught me. I am sure that John will always be fondly remembered and deeply missed by those who crossed paths with him.

I am so sorry. I am shocked that he will no longer be at Jim and Angel's when we visit. John always had a smile and a big hug for me. He definitely has gone too soon. I have known this family for over 20 years and will miss him. Angel, John, and Jake; I am so sorry. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
