Marilia F. Soliz, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at a nursing home in Hebbronville, Texas at the age of 86. She was born on June 12, 1931 in Hebbronville to Rufino Farias and Lidia Garcia Farias.
Marilia is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frank Soliz and brothers, Rufino, Raymundo, Oscar, Ferdinaldo, Ovidio and Antonio Farias.
She leaves behind to cherish her precious memories her daughter, Norma Liza S. (Abelardo) Hinojosa of Hebbronville; son, Frank (Vickee) Soliz, Jr. of Corpus Christi, Texas; sister, Melania F. Hinojosa of Hebbronville; four grandchildren, Omar J. Ramirez, Abelardo Hinojosa, Jr., Ayssa A. Hinojosa and Ally Miyen Soliz and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Esteban Cavazos, Ovie Sanchez, Rodemiro Farias, Juan Manuel Farias, O.A. Farias and Hugo Barrera. Honorary pallbearers will be Dennis Benavides, Darren Benavides and Duane Benavides.
Holy Rosary will be prayed on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams with visitation starting at 5:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, May 11, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the New Hebbronville Cemetery.
