Born in Battambong, Cambodia, he was educated in Cambodia and immigrated to the United States in 1989 having settled in Fall River.
He worked as a farmer for many years and enjoyed the outdoors. He loved to fish and spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren whom he adored.
He is survived by four daughters, Ly Touch of Fall River, Yoth Touch of Lake Elsinore, CA, Phalla Touch of Fall River, Yoeun Touch of Cambodia; four sons, Srin Touch, Victor Touch, Sreng Touch and Srorn Touch all of Fall River and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was the father of the late Yam, Yeam and Chea Touch.
His Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2022 from 8:15 to 9:15 AM in the Waring-Sullivan Home at Cherry Place, 178 Winter St., Fall River, followed by a Funeral Service at 10:00 AM in the Chapel of Memory and Hope at Swan Point Cemetery, 585 Blackstone Blvd, Providence, RI. Relatives and friends invited.
