Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Stanislas and Anna (Guillotte) Marcoux, she has been a lifelong resident of the city. Mrs. O’Neil was employed as an Inspector in the Textile Mills in Fall River for many years. Mrs. O’Neil was an avid Red Sox fan!
She is survived by her three granddaughters Nicole Wong and husband Dan Medeiros of Fall River, Tracy Yeargin and her husband Daniel of Westport and Kimberly Wong of Jamaica Plain 4 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. O’Neil was also the mother of the late Marie (Wong) Ross and Francine O’Neil and sister of the late Lorraine C. Cranshaw, Cora Duquette, Yvonne Zajac, Concord and Roland Marcoux.
Her funeral will be held Monday August 11, 2014 at 10 AM in the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE AT CHERRY PLACE, 178 Winter St. Fall River. Her family will receive friends in the funeral home from 8:30 – 10 AM Prior to her service. Burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery Fall River.
