LOMOT - Edward J., lifetime member of Farmingdale, died peacefully in his 100th year on September 1st, 2024. Eddie was loved by his neighbors, extended family and many friends for his infectious smile and giving spirit. He was the loving son of the late Walter and Mary Lomot. Beloved husband to the late Jennie for 50 years. Devoted father of Joseph of Farmingdale, NY, James of Farmingdale, NY and the late Ronald of Ellington, CT. Cherished grandfather of Catherine, Jack and Thomas Lomot. Deeply loved by Daughter-In-Laws Patricia Lomot and Sharon Lomot. Dear brother of the late John Lomot, Anna Kreskowski, Julia Beczak, Stanley Lomot, Sophie Lane, Frances Fuller, Alice Kowalewski, Frank Lomot, Wilma Michalski and Regina Michalski. Proud World War II Veteran of the US Army. Lifelong Parishioner of St.Kilian Church. 44 Year employee of Grumman Aerospace, Bethpage, NY. 4th Degree Member of the Knights of Columbus, Farmingdale Council #2204. The family will receive visitors Wednesday, September 4th, 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc., 315 Conklin Street, Farmingdale. Funeral Mass Thursday, September 5th, 9:45 am, at St. Kilian RC Church. Interment with military honors following at Trinity Cemetery, Amityville.
