Virginia Tincher Craft

Virginia Mae Tincher Craft, 91, of Fayetteville passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2016. Born on June 18, 1925 at Rush, KY, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Laura Crum Davis. Mrs. Craft was an active member of Gatewood Brethren Church. She loved working in the church, sewing, reading, and gardening. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Thomas Tincher who passed in 1985; 2nd husband, Watson Eugene Craft who passed in 2000; sons: Ronald Keith Tincher and Clayton Edward Tincher; and grandson, Ronnie Tincher. Left to cherish her memory includes her son, Thomas Tincher of Oak Hill; grandchildren: Karen Williford of Kenansville, NC, Douglas Tincher, Fayetteville, WV, Ed Tincher of TN, Cammie Wagner of FL, Amanda Beth Quellette of FL, and Hayley Marie Tincher Mills of Beckley. Funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Friday, December 9, 2016 at Dodd-Payne-Hess Funeral Home, Fayetteville, with Pastor Scott Lester officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before the funeral services at the funeral home.
