Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Quinn-Fogarty Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held on Monday from 2-5 and 7-9 PM
Funeral is scheduled for Tuesday, 10:30 AM, at St. Nicholas of Tolentine Church
Cremation to follow at All Souls Crematory, E. Elmhurst, New York.
Entombment of Theresa's remains will be on Tuesday, July 28th at Mary Mother of God Mausoleum, Located in Mt. St. Mary Cemetery.
