I remember when she had to sit me down when I wanted to move in with her daughter (Esmeralda) she wanted to make sure I was a good guy. She supported me every step of the way. She made sure that I was safe for her daughter and it makes me realize why she did it because she’s so special. I also remember how she loves wrestling. She was so into the show so much.

I worked with Carmen at Lakewood Engineering and Manufacturing Company and she was the sweetest!!! She always offered me food and she had the prettiest smile. One of my memories were when she was teaching how to dance at our Holiday Party. I met her daughter Lydia at Lakewood as well. She will truly be missed.
