Leslye Ann Pell

Leslye Ann Pell, 70, passed away peacefully on October 29th, 2023. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on June 13, 1953. She was the beloved mother of Christopher (Kim) Spevak; cherished grandmother of Robyn and Lucas Spevak; treasured sister of Michael (Jeannet) Pell, David (Donnalee) Pell, Brian (Sally) Pell and Joanne (LaFonzo) Palmer and the late Jeffrey Pell; fond aunt of Angela, Courtney, Kevin, Tony, Lauren, Kaitlin, Rachael, Michele, Jordan, Nathan, Aaron and Alexandra.

Leslye graduated from Rosary College with a Master’s Degree in accounting and continued on to work for Walgreens for 30 plus years.

She loved reading mysteries, and historical fiction. She loved to sew, cross-stitch, quilting, and be creative. She enjoyed watching British Broadcasting shows as well as detective and mysteries shows.

She will be best remembered for being a great mother, gramma, sister and aunt.

Friends and family will gather for a visitation for Leslye that will be held on Wednesday, November 8th, 2023 from 2pm to 6pm at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 7750 South Cermak Road, Forest Park, Illinois 60130 with prayers at 6pm.
