He was born on April 25, 1949 in Stonewall, Manitoba to Harry and Inga Bazylewski. The family moved to Fort Frances when he was a small boy. He graduated from Fort Frances High School and then attended DeVry University, graduating from their Electrical Program. He worked for the Nickel and Garson Mines in Sudbury before joining Steep Rock in Atikokan. After Steep Rock closed, he returned and took a job at the Fort Frances Mill and bought a small farm. While it was long hours, balancing working full time and running a farm, he truly loved it.
Harry will be greatly missed by his wife Charlene; children Michael (Charlotte) and their sons Jason and Jordon, Stacy and Krista (Josh); siblings Walter, Joyce (Alan), Doug (Kelly), Debbie and Donna as well as numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws.
He was predeceased by his parents Harry and Inga; siblings Diane, Marion, Betty and Kenneth.
A celebration of his life will be held on Monday June 27, 2022 from 1 until 3 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 29 in Fort Frances, ON.
