"I would like the memory of me to be a happy one, I'd like to leave an afterglow of smiles as I ascend beyond the sun. I'd like to leave an echo whispering softly along the waves, of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days. I'd like the tears of those who grieve to dry before the sun, of happy memories that I leave as my eternal life has begun. - Until we meet again"

Noreen lived next door to us in Farmingdale when we were kids. She was always very nice to my brother, Scott and I.
As adults, it didn’t matter how much time had passed since the last time we talked. Noreen always took the time to listen, offer advice and share a laugh. She was another big sister to me. Farewell Noreen and Rest In Peace.

Although so many years have passed since my time spent with Noreen when we were teenagers, we reconnected in 2001 and she had brought me up to date on what has transpired in her life. She shared her frustrations and her joys and it became rapidly obvious how much pride she had in her daughters and grandchildren. A pride that she constantly demonstrated which was so evident in photos of her with her family and how she spoke of them.

To Noreen's family, what is there to say that could possibly render the comfort your souls yearns for? She has left this world entirely too soon. Where would there ever be enough time and space to try and convey what a good woman and Mom Noreen was and how many lives she impacted so completely? I will forever remember the great memories I have from so long ago of time we got to spend together. I hope the family's journey forward will be enriched by the copious amount of memories that she created with all of you. My thoughts are of you Lisa, Jennifer, Christine, Karen, Barry and all of your cherished extended families and selfishly the rest of us whose lives are now demonstrably emptier though forever richer for our fortuitous encounter with Noreen. She left an indelible mark and the memories of her will go on for a long time to come. When words fail, may beautiful memories whisper endlessly of the gift of the time each and every one of you had with her. Rest in peace Noreen and say hello to your Mom and Dad for me, till we meet again.

I want to let you know that I truly appreciate the fact that you gave me your blessings, love and unconditional acceptance of myself fully welcoming me to become a part of your family because that makes me one of the luckiest and most blessed man alive when you allowed me to marry your wonderful and beautiful daughter Jennifer Hiscock-Willard.
You can rest assured that I will take great care of Jennifer and will spend the rest of my life devoted to her making sure she’s always going to be safe, and well taken care of...
My only regret is that I only got to spend 5 and 1/2 years to be with you , but I know that you are not suffering anymore now and in Heaven with my own mom and dad looking down on us and watching over us and in a happier place we all want to be.
I will always remember your smile and also your stern face if I said or did something wrong,
You will always be in my thoughts, memories and prayers. I’m forever grateful for everything you have done for us.
Rest In Peace now and remember that we will miss you until we can meet again.
Your loving son-in-law, I will forever love you with all my heart and soul, until we meet again.
