Rita Despres Murdocca, 84, of Vero Beach, FL was called home to our Lord on Sunday, June 3rd, 2018. She was born in Meriden, Connecticut to Laurence and Marie Laurendeau Despres.

Rita was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Murdocca, sons David and Donald Murdocca, and sister Gloria Despres. She is survived by daughters, Cynthia Murdocca and Christy Sharpe, son-in-law Todd Sharpe, daughter-in-law, Marlene Murdocca, sister Claire Crumb, brother-in-law Phillip Crumb, 5 grandchildren and 4 great-granddaughters.

A funeral mass will be held on Friday June 22nd, 2018 at 1:00 pm at St. John of the Cross Catholic Church in Vero Beach, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
