Visitation will be held at Edwards Funeral Home, 201 North 12th Street, Fort Smith, Arkansas, on November 19, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Funeral services will take place at St John's Episcopal Church, 215 North 6th Street, Fort Smith, Arkansas, on November 20, 2025, at 10:00 am. Following the service, the family will greet friends in the Parish Hall from 11:00 am to 11:30 am. Clora will be laid to rest beside Billy at Hartford Memorial Park.
