Gale Chamberlin

Gale Chamberlin, 78, passed away Saturday, March 17, 2018, in a local hospital. She was born June 16, 1939 in Hastings, Michigan. She was a homemaker and active member of the First Presbyterian Church, Fort Smith.

Gale is survived by her husband, Harry, of 60 years this August 2nd; and son, Greg Chamberlin of Fort Smith; sister, Lois Gronewold and husband Dennis of Louisiana; brothers, Bob Lammers and wife Joan of Michigan and Ed Lammers and wife Bobbi of Michigan. She was preceded in death by sons, Jeff Chamberlin and Bruce Chamberlin; and daughter-in-law, Laura Dawson Chamberlin.

Funeral service will be at 1:00pm Thursday, March 22, 2018 at First Presbyterian Church in Fort Smith, with burial following at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 21, 2018 from 5:00-7:00pm at Edwards Funeral Home. Services are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be David Honeyman, Hugh MacKay, Jerry Boyd, David White, Mark Wilson, and Terry McLellan.
