Hello, Robert and Brian,
We missed the obituary in the newspaper for your mother and wanted to extend a note of sympathy to both of you.

It brings back memories of long ago thinking of the Anderson Family and days we grew up in one of the best eras in history. Just think it was on Seddlemeyer Road in Fort Wayne, IN, going to New Haven Elementary, JH and HS. What fun and memories going to church, marching band, playing baseball in the field by your house and your mother and ours taking turns picking us up after marching band practice!

Robert, hope to see you at the 50th class reunion August of 2011, and that all of you are well.

May God bless and guide your lives.

A woman of so many talents. I loved hearing her recollect memories from her past. Marcile had the ability to take you back with her. We met through International Old Lacemakers, Inc and she was very helpful in promoting my own career in lace. It was a pleasure to have been a part of her life. I look forward to seeing her again... I'll miss you my friend!

Thanks to Marcile, many of us learned the finer points of tatting through membership in the Fort Wayne Tatters Guild. She was a founding member of the Guild. Her tatting was exquisite and she was always exploring and teaching new techniques. It was an honor to know her and to benefit from her knowledge of the art of tatting. A wonderful lady.
