She was born in Bucay Ecuador on May 9, 1923.
Teresa graduated from high school in Ecuador and received a certificate in dress making from a trade school.
She was married to Leonard Peter Wasieloski on November 9, 1959 in Panama.
Teresa worked for the Fort Carson PX from the 1960s to the early 1990s.
She was a member of the Catholic Daughters, Gold Star Wives, Society of Military Widows, and VFW Auxiliary. She had a passion for family, friends, cooking and gardening.
She is survived by her son Leonard Wasieloski Jr., daughter-in-law Karen Hite, granddaughter, Carrie, and sisters Maria Morales, Rosa Rodriguez, Marcia Marroquin, and brother-in-law Jose Morales. She also leaves behind nephews and nieces Esther Rossin, Glenn Morales, Juan Morales, Rodrigo Jaramillo, and Robert and Paula Klein in the US and numerous nephews, nieces and extended family in Ecuador and Venezuela.
Funeral arrangements will be held at 11:00 AM, 19 June 2018, at St. Dominic’s Church in Fountain Colorado.
