I have such fond memories of Edie and the whole Borelli family. I feel so blessed to have been able to attend her 100th birthday celebration and witness the love and impact she had on so many lives. She was a perfect example of how if we give our life to God, he can use it to bless both us, and countless others. I pray that she is now reaping her reward, and celebrating with all those family and friends who have gone on before. Rest in peace dear lady.

My wife, Christine and I just saw her about a month ago at a cookout at Jeremy and Jen's house. She was full of life and as sharp as a tact. You could see she was a very special lady. She was an inspiration to us all.
