Clarence E. Jeffers, age 86, of Franklin, OH; died Tuesday November 5, 2019 at his residence. Clarence was born in Jellico, TN on January 26, 1933 to the late Silas and Ruby (Sharp) Jeffers. He was formerly employed by Bellbrook Fencing until his retirement. Clarence was one of eleven children born to Silas and Ruby. He is survived by his wife, Edna (Perry) Jeffers; his daughter, Teresa (Carl) Norvell; three grandchildren, Jennifer (Ray) Fitzpatrick, Ashley and Brandon Norvell; five great grandchildren, Hunter and Blake Fitzpatrick, Isaac Maugans, Leland Atkinson and Oakley Norvell; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Services are 1pm Saturday November 9, 2019 at the Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd St Franklin, OH. Entombment will be in Heritage Hills Memorial Park. Visitation will be Saturday from 11am to 1pm with services to follow. Please visit www.anderson-fh.com to send an online condolence.

I can remember when I was young and we would be at Mothers Jeffers house and we would hear way down the road a wolf whistle and all kinds horns blowing we would get so excited because we knew Uncle Clarence was there. I love him so I'm going to miss him.

When. I was a young child I remember him taking our family places he was the only one with a car he would drive with one foot on the. running board half his body would be leaning out we all had fun when he took us places .rig Clarence you will be miss red until we meet again

He was always the life of our Perry Reunions .He was the guy that’s always made us laugh and enjoy it .Ill never for got when mom brought squash relish to our dinner me and him fussed at who was gonna get it . My heart is breaking , I love my big brother so much. He has always been the sweetest kindness person I know. We didn’t get to see each other much but that doesn’t mean we didn’t love each other..
