Grandma Jan was truly an angel…. She embraced us grandkids and never forgot a birthday…. I wrote so many letters to her over the years and she always wrote back, I so looked forward to every response. (I still have most of them!) She was so thoughtful, loving and kind. I still wrap myself in the blanket she knitted me for HS graduation (which was many years ago!) when I’m cold…. Grandma, you will forever be missed! ❤️

From the first time I met Jan at Armco, I felt an instant friendship. So fortunate to have been able to continue that friendship over the years. She will definitely be missed by everyone who knew her.

This beautiful lady always shared her heart with me. I so did the same. Jan was kind, loving and loved my children whole heartedly. When she came into my family she was truly an angel. She is still an angel and I will never forget her.

Janet and I went from first grade through graduation. She was the person I called after my husband passed away. Just about every time I spoke with her she would ask about my oldest son that is fight cancer. She kept all the records from our reunions and picnics. The class mates that have passed away and sent cards to the family. Janet was not only kind, but a good and caring friend. I’ll miss her.
