Betty L. (Blue) Yarborogh, 79, of Fremont, died Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at her residence. She was born June 8, 1939 in Fremont, OH the daughter of Ralph and Nellie V. (Stump) Blue. Betty was a 1957 graduate of Ross High School and went on to work for Joseph’s Department Store, Tschumy Furniture and retired in 2012 as an interior designer from Samsen’s Furniture. Betty was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Lindsey and former member of the Moose and Eagles. She enjoyed meeting new people, traveling, vacations especially to Mackinaw, MI and time spent with old friends.
Surviving are her daughters : Melody (Carl) Zitter of Gibsonburg, OH and Terri (Sean) Connors of Fremont, OH; 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; siblings Anna Marie Dymond of Fremont, OH; Carol Henrichs of Houston, TX and Ralph Blue of Tarpen Springs, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Edward Blue and sister Janice Blue.
Visitation will take place on Monday, September 17, 2018 from 10-12:00 P.M. at Trinity United Methodist Church, 231 S. Maple Street, Lindsey, OH. Funeral services will begin at 12 noon on Monday at the church with Pastor Travis Montgomery officiating.
