Meeting Joe, being Joe's friend, and nominating him for and presenting him with the " Friends of Ross " award were the highlights of my tenure in the Ross Athletic office. Joe loved people, and Joe loved Fremont Ross. Thanks, Joe. Val and Dan, you have our deepest sympathy. Bob and Cheryl Knapp
