Rosemary Ann Polach
September 13, 1928 – November 25, 2018
Rosemary was born on September 13,1928 in Chicago, IL. She and her family moved to Fresno, CA in 1943. Heaven gained another Angel on November 25, 2018.
Rosemary is preceded in death by daughter Joanie Ede, son Michael Ede, grandson Scott Rettinhouse, sister Stephanie Smith and brother Rudy Polach.
Rosemary is survived by son James and wife Connie Ede, daughters; Roberta and husband Erick Schmittou, Doris and husband David McEwen, Patti and husband Dennis Istre and Debi Nichols. She is also survived by brother Roy and wife June Polach. She leaves behind Grandsons; Jeff Rettinhouse, John Bergstrom, Chistopher McEwen. Kenny, Dale, Nathan and Matthew Nichols. Joel and Sam Ede, Sean Istre. Grand-daughters; Jennifer Hoskins, Michelle Kass, Janell Miller, Kathleen Abdulla, Jamie Ede, Amiee Scrivner and Megan Simms. Wonderful Grand-daughter-in-laws and Grandson-in-laws, 18 Great-grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
While raising her children, Rosemary worked several jobs throughout the years. She also spent many years volunteering at her children’s schools. Rosemary was also very involved with several organizations at her church, St. Mary Queen of Apostles Catholic Church, including the Altar Society and St. Benedict Catholic Worker.
In addition to her favorite Soap Operas, Rosemary loved to read, and of course, spend time with her family. She took great joy in watching her grandchildren grow up, and then the arrival of her great-grandchildren.

We will miss you Aunt Rosemary! It was always a happy occasion to visit with you.
I can only imagine how happy my Grandma is to see her beloved sister again!
As the Lord prepares you to enter His Kingdom, we will be praying for you. Please pray for us too, Aunt Rosemary. We need it!
