William Charles Kralemann III, also known as Chuck, was born on July 18th, 1953 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to parents Betty Jo Hebert and William Charles Kralemann Jr. He has one older brother who he grew up in Baton Rouge with. As a child, he loved taking his beagles out to chase rabbits, go crawfishing in the swamps, and riding around town with his Pops doing work. In his 20s, Chuck's favorite activity was to travel the country to different venues and play music with his bandmates.
He later picked up a new career, starting and owning several foundation repair companies over the past 37 years. WCK foundation repair being his first in 1983, he eventually sold it when he moved his family to Dallas Texas, where he once again started from scratch with building Accu-Lift foundation repair. An honest, witty individual with a contagious work ethic, Chuck impacted the life of every person he came across whether it be in the music industry, the foundation industry, his own children, or some stranger he met at the store. If someone worked for Chuck, they sure enough would become part of the family fast. He had a knack for steering the often times struggling young men he'd hire on a better path with his fatherly advice and support, providing them with a job and the time of day to talk if they needed it.
He was very compassionate, understanding, and patient. Anybody with the opportunity to talk with him quickly learned what a genuine, helpful man he was, always offering his knowledge and experience to his neighbors and friends alike. He was best remembered and loved for his way with words, some of his best known quotes being; "You're sharper than a bowling ball." "I may be dumb but at least I'm not stupid." "You know, you ain't half bad… you're all bad." He could make anyone laugh whether they wanted to or not, and had a very quick wit.
Although he changed his career in his 30s, his love of music remained until the end. He was proficient on the guitar, drums, and singing, and has many recordings of his own music. Chuck was married for 35 years to Kim Renee Kralemann, and has 4 children surviving him - Leslie M. Parks, William C. Kralemann, Austin A.V. Kralemann, Olivia A. Kralemann, as well as two grandchildren
