She was born June 12, 1952 in Garden City, Kansas to Robert and Nadine Bliss. Debra worked for the Loveland School district for over 10 years. She was an avid reader and enjoyed working crossword puzzles.
She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Bliss, her husband, Carl Wells, Jr. and one son Mike Ossery.
Debra is survived by her children Dorian Wells, and Candy (Joe) O’Connell, two grandsons, Branden O’Connell and Timothy O’Connell, her mother, Nadine Bliss and three siblings: Nicholas, Jeff and Tammy.
