Mr. James Lewis Teal, 88, of Gadsden passed away Thursday, September 6, 2018. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Collier-Butler Chapel with Bro. Mike Hooks officiating. Burial will be at Forest Crest Cemetery, Irondale, AL. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday evening at the funeral home.

Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services will direct.

Mr. Teal was a U.S. Marine Veteran having served in the Korean War.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Edna Faye Myers Teal

He is survived by his wife, Martha Teal; children, Kelly Marie Berguich; Daryl Ray Williams; Virginia (Rex) Lindsey; Mark Steven Blackmon, Jr. and James Michael Teal; grandchildren, Mark Steven Blackmon, III; Jordan Skyler Battles; Saramae Elizabeth Blackmon; Tiffany Nadine Battles and Leila Malika Berguich; nieces, Pebbles Virginia Thacker and Robin Stiles; special niece Gail (Anthony) Neely and several other nieces and nephews.
