John Luscinski, Jr., age 60, of Springville, AL went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 28, 2022. A graveside service will be held at 12:30PM on Monday, October 3, 2022, at Rainbow Memorial Gardens in Gadsden. Pastor Doug Baker will officiate. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements. The family will accept friends from 11:00AM until 12:00PM at the funeral home on Monday.
John was born on July 3, 1962 in Fort Worth, Texas. An avid fisherman, John enjoyed being outdoors. He loved his family and friends with everything he had. John was a kind and selfless man, and never missed an opportunity to help others. He will be greatly missed by many.
John was preceded in death by mother-in-law, Faye Handy.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lelia “Belinda” Luscinski; stepsons, Don (Diane) Vickery and Chris (Kasey) Vickery; parents, John and Edith Luscinski; sisters, Rayliene Hutchens, Helen (Michael) Hancock and Rosemary Guest; brother, Donald Luscinski; sisters-in-law, Carolyn Smith and April (Greg) Easterwood; grandchildren, Taylor Vickery, Austin Vickery, Anna Vickery, Zachary (Brittney) Hunt, and Jessie (Heather) Hunt; great grandchildren, Noah, Dawson, DeLilah, Lilly, and Ethan; special aunts, Jeanette Touchette, and Helen Allen; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Bo Smeraglia, Greg Wanninger, Dale Trottier, and Jimmy Smeraglia.
Pallbearers will be Michael Hancock, Dale Trottier, Bo Smeraglia, Greg Wanninger, Don Vickery, and Chris Vickery.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Collier-Butler Funeral Home.
